Dream Work

Dreams are such a powerful way to connect to the subconscious. For many, including myself, working with dreams is a spiritual practice. Dreams play an important role in learning about ourselves and they offer us crucial information by which we can solve problems as well as deal with emotional and mental stress. Dreams are a way we can also receive Divine guidance, and learn the language of symbols. The goal isn’t necessarily to find a definitive interpretation or truth, but to find meaning and emotional balance. Waking life becomes richer and difficult emotions are more easily processed.
